Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or has missing parts.
- The exchange request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
- A clear unboxing or courier packing video is provided as proof.
Important Conditions:
- The unboxing video must show the package being opened from all sides without cuts or edits until the product is fully visible.
- The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchange will be processed only after verification of the video and product.
- Exchange is valid within 14 days after approval.
- Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
